I built my approach to training, coaching and mentoring people over a number of years through both experiencing failure and success. From a young soccer coach and gym instructor to leading on professional, national and international performance programs, I now focus on environments that support the health and development of mountain athletes.
National team selection, world cup medals, winning championships and achieving personal bests are the outcomes achieved from athletes in track and field, bobsleigh, skeleton, ski and snowboard, rugby, soccer, swimming, table tennis, archery, cycling, rowing, netball, cricket and golf.
Equally others have gone on to be successful teachers, business people, physical therapists and strength and conditioning or sports coaches themselves.
Offering a breadth and depth of experience in professional, Olympic, development and university sports programmes, I am proud to have enabled many coaches to advance their careers through the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme, UKSCA, Sport981.com, ALTIS Mentorship, and Coachnickward.com

After 17+ years on the weight-room floor, as well as educating coaches of all kinds globally, my drive is to share everything that i've learned about coaching and entrepreneurship so that fitness professionals can accelerate their careers.
I want to leverage what I've learned from my time leading Munster Rugby's multidisciplinary department over long International Rugby seasons, as well as what I learned from working in the NFL, and spending over 10 years with EXOS training a number of different populations.
I want to use the skills in data, business, and financial analysis that I learned running my own business and that are now channeled towards crafting educational content that translates complex strength and conditioning concepts into actionable strategies, and complex entrepreneurial strategies that will lead to success..
