Jaroslav Světlík graduated from the Faculty of Trade at the University of Economics in Prague. He also finished postgraduate study program “teacher of business administration subjects” on this university, obtained a doctor degree at VSB – Technical University Ostrava, associate professor degree at FaME TBU in Zlin. In 2013 he was appointed as a Professor by President of the Slovak Republic. The subject of his professional interest is marketing, intercultural marketing and communication and marketing communications. He is an author of number of professional and scientific publications and monographs, university and secondary school textbooks, and more than hundred of scientific and scholarly magazine articles and papers on international conferences and congresses. His publications included some bestsellers and the most commonly cited titles as Marketing – the Way to the Market, School Marketing, School Marketing Management, Marketing for the European Market, About the Essence of Advertising, Advertising - theory, concepts and models, Communication in International Environment (WoS h index - 15). He also took his lectures at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, SHW Wien, University Algarve Portugal, FP VUT in Brno, FM PEVŠ in Bratislava, FF UCM in Nitra. His presentations at number of international conferences in the USA, Great Britain, Denmark, Bulgaria, Austria, Bulgaria, Poland, Turkey, etc. were also taken with interest. Currently prof. Světlík works for Paneuropean University Prague, Faculty VSPP Ostrava, Marketing department.

Peter Linnert studied business economics at the University of Hamburg. Receiving a doctorate in economics (Dr. rer. pol) in 1964. In 1992 he was appointed as director for corporate management at the Technical University Merseburg. Followed by the appointment as full professor at the Technical University of Vilnius in 1994. In 1999 Peter Linnert took over the management of the Sales-Manager Academy Vienna and in 2006 he was appointed as prorector at the European University. Dr. med. Kilian W. Mehl forscht, lehrt und behandelt im Bereich der modernen psychosomatischen Medizin und ganzheitlichen Gesundheit. Seit 1993 leitet er die von ihm gegründete Psychosomatische Fachklinik Wollmarshöhe.

Dort setzt er die von ihm entwickelte Erfahrungsorientierte Therapie (EOT) zur Behandlung psychosomatisch erkrankter Patienten ein und entwickelt diese durch kontinuierliche Evaluationen systematisch weiter. Ärztinnen, Ärzte und Therapeut*innen lernen die EOT oder einzelne Elemente daraus im Rahmen von Aus- und Fortbildungen kennen und anwenden.Dr. med. Kilian W. Mehl forscht, lehrt und behandelt im Bereich der modernen psychosomatischen Medizin und ganzheitlichen Gesundheit. Seit 1993 leitet er die von ihm gegründete Psychosomatische Fachklinik Wollmarshöhe.Dr. med. Kilian W. Seit 2019 ergänzt ein Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum mit den Schwerpunkten Stressmedizin, Kardiologie, Diabetologie und Psychotherapie das Krankenhaus auf der Wollmarshöhe.

Derzeit beschäftigt sich Dr. Mehl in einem aktuellen Forschungsprojekt mit psychosomatischen Regulationssystemen. Darüber hinaus lehrt er zu Themen der ganzheitlichen Medizin und des Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements an Hochschulen in Wien, Warschau sowie an kooperierenden Instituten.

Als Autor veröffentlichte er unter anderem Essays über den Menschen in seinem Buch „Burn On, Homo sapiens!“, zur Erfahrungsorientierten Therapie, zum Thema „Modernes Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement als Führungsaufgabe“ sowie zuletzt „Warum tun wir nicht, was wir wissen?

Additionally, he earned a doctorate in Media and Communication Studies (PhDr.) from the Pan-European University in Bratislava. Since 2018, he has served as Lecturer for Methodology at the Hohe Warte Study Centre, collaborating with international partner universities, and is also the editor of the publication series "BWL in der Praxis" (Business Administration in Practice).

Meine Reise begann mit einer Ausbildung in Elektrotechnik im Jahr 2001, eine Grundlage, die den Grundstein für ein lebenslanges Streben nach Wissen und Kompetenzentwicklung legte. Im Laufe der Jahre habe ich mein Fachwissen durch eine Reihe von Weiterbildungen verfeinert, unter anderem zum geprüften Industriemeister und zum staatlich geprüften Betriebsleiter. Mein akademischer Weg führte mich an die Technische Universität Wien, wo ich meinen akademischen Experten in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen absolvierte, und dann an die Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, wo ich meinen MBA erwarb. Zuletzt habe ich mein Verständnis für menschliches Verhalten am Arbeitsplatz mit einem Master in Wirtschaftspsychologie an der Middlesex University London erweitert. Während meiner gesamten Karriere bei Siemens Energy hatte ich das Privileg, zum Wachstum, zur Unterstützung und Optimierung von Transformatorenfabriken auf der ganzen Welt, von Südamerika bis China, beizutragen. Diese Erfahrungen haben mich mit einer Fülle von kulturellen Einblicken und operativem Know-how bereichert. Meine Zeit als Mitglied einer Task Force in Mexiko und die Leitung von Joint-Venture-Fabriken in Thailand und der Türkei war sowohl herausfordernd als auch äußerst bereichernd. Als Verfechter von Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsstandards war ich ein aktives Mitglied des EHS-Expertenteams für Europa, wo mein Engagement für Exzellenz dazu beigetragen hat, sicherere und nachhaltigere Praktiken zu entwickeln. Ich stehe derzeit kurz davor, meinen PhDr. in Economics and Management abzuschließen.
